To ensure an efficient and enjoyable experience for all of our patients, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines during your visit:

Please completely fill out your medical history forms and return them to us prior to your pre-surgical consultation or surgical visit or please login to your portal below and fill out all of the information required.

On the day of surgery, please be sure to take ALL of your medications.  This includes your blood thinners such as aspirin, coumadin, plavix etc. UNLESS you have been told to discontinue one of these medications (which would be a rare occurence).   We also recommend that you wear loose fitting clothing and have someone who can drive you to your appointment and bring you home after surgery.  If you are scheduled for Mohs surgery, you will most likely be in the office for 3-4 hours on average.  Please be aware that this time may be shorter or longer depending upon many factors including the size of your tumor, laboratory constraints and the complexity of your repair, so bring reading material along with you.
