From The South Shore

Route 3 North to Exit 40 (old exit number 17) (Union Street, Braintree).  Enter the Rotary and take the third right onto Union St. Go through the first traffic light (pass under the overpass), and travel to the end turn right at the light onto Washington Street.  Continue 8/10 of a mile and on the right are two white brick buildings with blue awnings. Our building is the second.

From Boston

Travel South on the South East Expressway (I-93S).  Approaching the end of the Expressway, stay in the 2^nd lane from the left, bearing left at Exit 7 continuing towards I-93S (MA-3 South, Braintree, Cape Cod).  Bearing left and within 4/10 of a mile around the curve will be Exit 42/41 (old exit number 19/18) (Burgin Parkway/Quincy Ctr./Washington St).  Take this Exit and follow 0.5 mi onto Exit 41 (old Exit 18 Washington St) until it ends at a light.  Take a right onto Washington Street traveling 4/10 mile while passing thru 2 sets of lights and on the left will be 2 white brick buildings with blue awnings.  Our building is the first.

From Route 24 & 128 South and the West

Travel along 128S (I-93N) towards the South Shore Plaza (Braintree Mall).  Passing the plaza on the right, approach the end of 128S (I-93N) remaining in the right lanes (left lanes lead to Boston).  Follow Exit 42/41 (old exit 19/18) (Burgin Parkway/Quincy Ctr./Washington St). Stay in the right lane for 5/10 mile and follow Exit 41 (old Exit 18 Washington St) until it ends at a light.  Take a right onto Washington Street traveling 4/10 mile while passing thru 2 sets of lights and on the left will be 2 white brick buildings with blue awnings.  Our building is the first.

From the South Shore Plaza

Exit a mall parking lot onto the road that circles the mall.  This is Common Street.  Follow Common St. counterclockwise so the mall is on the right.  Continue past the mall (Sullivan Tire on your left) and follow Common St. for 9/10 of a mile until you reach the end and come to a light.  Take a right onto Washington Street traveling almost 4/10 mile while passing thru 1 set of lights and on the left will be 2 white brick buildings with blue awnings.  Our building is the first.

From Burgin Parkway/Quincy

Follow Burgin Parkway south towards the Quincy Adams T-Station. Follow signs for 1-93S/I-93N ramp using the right lane. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for MA-3S/Cape Cod/Washington St.  At the next fork keep right (so you don’t end up on Route 3) and following signs for MA-3 S/Cape Cod/Washington St. Keep right at the next fork onto Washington St/Braintree. At the end of the exit you will reach a light. Take a right onto Washington Street traveling 4/10 mile while passing thru 2 sets of lights and on the left will be 2 white brick buildings with blue awnings.  Our building is the first.
